Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Abilities First is comprised of nine community members who are appointed by the Greene County Commission to serve as board members to administer and oversee agency activities. The Board of Directors and Executive Committee meet regularly. All meeting dates, times, and agendas are posted and open to the public.

Public Meetings
In 1978, the citizens of Greene County voted to levy a property tax to support services for persons with developmental disabilities. The Abilities First Board meets each month to discuss how to best disperse these funds through grant funding of local non-profit agencies and direct support through our programs. All Abilities First meetings are open to the public.
