Support for children and adults in Greene County with developmental disabilities by partnering the person served and families with a dedicated Support Coordinator. Together, they identify meaningful goals, connect with local resources, and create personalized plans that encourage independence, self-confidence, and overall well-being.
Eligibility Requirements
Residents of Greene County may be eligible to receive services if they have a diagnosed developmental disability. Developmental disability is defined in Missouri state statute and federal Medicaid regulations, and eligibility is determined by the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
